Revenues & Welfare Manager

We’re looking for an innovative and forward-thinking revenues professional to join our high-performing Revenues Service, build on our good reputation and contribute to our service improvement.  If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity to prove your management skills and develop your leadership abilities in a supportive environment then this is the role for you.  

You’ll manage the Revenues & Welfare team who deliver Council Tax, Business Rates and Housing Benefit services across the Borough. You’ll also lead on policy development and the implementation of our digital transformation agenda to continue improving our services to the public.  This is a diverse and high profile role which will give you the opportunity to add value and to develop our newly created multi-disciplined teams.

You’ll need to be IRRV qualified with extensive experience of working in a Revenues environment and delivering high quality services.  Your proven record of successfully managing teams and finances should be complemented by effective presentation and communication skills along with an eye for detail and analysis.
