With responsibility for a small team looking at system issues and enhancements, daily issue resolution and projects, mainly within the Revenues and Benefits teams, this is a vitally important role for the Finance Service.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic team leader with the ability to get the job done efficiently with the minimum amount of supervision and whilst supporting team members and juggling priorities. Good communication across different knowledge sets is essential along with a collaborative approach to working with other team managers to support the business needs.
In addition, you will have previous experience of working with Income collection systems and be able to demonstrate how you have contributed to developing and improving services.
