Our company, which is owned by East Lindsey and South Holland District Councils, provides a number of services to the councils, including Finance, HR, ICT, Customer Contact and Revenues and Benefits.
The Project and Development Officer is a new position in our Revenues and Benefits service, introduced to help us successfully co-ordinate and deliver service development initiatives and projects, and support ongoing improvement.
Although a background in a local authority, or similar, Revenues and Benefits service would be helpful, more importantly we are looking for someone who is talented, innovative and passionate to help us on our journey of continuous improvement.
The post holder will play a key role in helping us to transform our service, responding positively to national and local requirements, at the same time as delivering continuous improvement for the benefit of our clients and customers.
Whilst the Job Description provides a broad outline of the main duties and responsibilities, there is a real opportunity for the post holder to develop this new role.
For an informal discussion about this post, please contact Sharon Hammond, Head of Service, Revenues and Benefits on 01507 613306 or Chris Carr, Operational Benefits Manager on 01507 613309.
