We are looking to recruit an ambitious individual, to join our in-house Revenues and Benefits service to help create a culture that drives high levels of customer satisfaction; a value for money ethos; and an internal resource of practical and helpful legislative knowledge.
You will be part of an enthusiastic and customer focussed approach to our service. The work of this post will involve effectively, efficiently and accurately administering the collection and Recovery of Benefit overpayments promptly and in accordance with prevailing legislation, litigation, guidance, best practice and locally agreed policy. You will be based in the Benefits Team.
Whilst previous experience is not essential, you will require a sound level of education; excellent communication and customer service skills; a pro-active approach to all areas of work; and have a keen eye for accuracy.
