Following a restructure and a subsequent return to our own in-house Revenues and Benefits service we are looking for an ambitious individual, to join us and help create a culture that drives high levels of customer satisfaction; a value for money ethos; and an internal resource of practical and helpful legislative knowledge.

You will be part of an enthusiastic and customer focussed approach to our service. The work of this Benefits post will involve the delivery of Housing Benefits payments or the award, if entitled, of Council Tax Support.
                                                                                                                                            Starting salary will be dependent on prior experience, but which is not essential to apply for the role, as full training will be provided to the successful applicants.  Of more importance is a sound level of education; excellent communication and customer service skills; a pro-active approach to all areas of work; and a keen eye for accuracy.
