Following a restructure and a subsequent return to our own in-house Revenues and Benefits service we are looking for two ambitious individuals, to join us and help create a culture that drives high levels of customer satisfaction; a value for money ethos; and an internal resource of practical and helpful legislative knowledge.
You will be part of an enthusiastic and customer focussed approach to our service. The work of the these posts will involve the delivery of billing of Non Domestic Rates.
Prior experience is not essential, as full training will be provided to the successful applicants. Of more importance is a sound level of education; excellent communication and customer service skills; a pro-active approach to all areas of work; and have a keen eye for accuracy.
