We are looking for a strategic Benefits Manager who is able to work collaboratively with key partners, engage with our customers and inspire and develop our staff.
The Benefits team within Croydon manage a caseload of 35,000 customers in a diverse and ever changing community and we were one of the first authorities to migrate to Universal credit.
We are looking for a motivated manager to lead the team through the next year, you will demonstrate an aptitude for effective performance management and service improvement as well as having previous experience in managing a Benefits service either in house or through outsourced provision.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. You will be able to demonstrate your commitment to quality and performance and be enthusiastic about new initiatives and forthcoming changes.
