LGSS Revenues & Benefits (R&B) are looking for a Team Leader to permanently fill a current vacancy.
This post is generic and will allow the successful candidate to expand their knowledge and experience outside of their current technical background.
The Successful candidate will be asked to lead a mixed team of Benefits and Revenues staff who undertake quality assurance and subsidy audit work.
The service is due to see a considerable amount of change over the next 12-24 months and we are looking for a Team Leader with excellent leadership skills who can engage and motivate their team to continue to deliver high levels of performance whilst they also adjust to the changes within the service.
In addition to leadership skills we are also looking for a candidate who can demonstrate both a theoretical understanding of project management, alongside experience of successfully delivering high-profile projects.
The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate an innovative and creative approach to problem solving that enables them to remain positive and solution orientated. Adaptability and flexibility are also key skills for this post.
