Salary: From £29,055 to £37,107 p.a.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Full Time

With responsibility for a small team that undertakes system maintenance and enhancements, daily issue resolution, quality assurance checks, training and stand-alone projects, this is a vitally important role within the Revenues and Benefits Service.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic team leader, possessing the ability to get the job done efficiently with the minimum amount of supervision whilst supporting team members and juggling priorities.
Good communication skills across different knowledge sets is essential along with a collaborative approach to working with other team managers to support the business needs.
You’ll be an ambitious individual with experience of working with Revenues & Benefits systems and be able to demonstrate how you have contributed to developing and improving services. A good working knowledge of Revenues or Benefits legislation is essential together with knowledge of our key IT systems (Capita and Information@work).
The successful candidate will help to drive through our improvement programme for the Revenues and Benefit Service. This is a great opportunity for a forward-thinking professional to become actively involved at an exciting time at Adur & Worthing.
